  • Does Metro Mattress offer delivery set up and removal of the old mattress?

    Yes. At Metro Mattress, we offer full-service delivery. We can deliver, take it upstairs, place all the products, remove and take away all the packaging, and remove the old mattress for disposal.   • Can I pick up my merchandise?

    Pickup is available on any item purchased at Metro Mattress. Please contact the local mattress store you purchased from at the phone number listed on your invoice.

  • What is the difference between firm, plush, and pillow top?

    The main difference between firm, plush, and pillow top is the comfort level. A firm mattress would be considered harder when compared to the surfaces of other mattresses. If you like a mattress that's harder, then a firm mattress may be a good choice. A plush mattress is softer for comfort but has firm support underneath. This is the happy medium between firm and pillow top. A pillow top provides a combination of added softness, comfort, and firmness cradling and supporting you while you sleep.   • Is a box spring required for all mattresses?

    While not all mattresses require the use of a box spring, it is important to note that mattress manufacturers have guidelines in place to ensure your mattress is receiving the proper support to prevent damage. We do recommend purchasing a new box spring and bed frame to ensure your mattress has the proper support and to uphold the manufacturer’s warranty on the product.   • What are the dimensions of a twin, full, queen, king, and California king?

    Mattress dimensions are as follows:


    • Twin: 39" x 75"
    • Twin XL: 39" x 80"
    • Full: 54" x 75"
    • Queen: 60" x 80"
    • King: 76" x 80"
    • California King: 72" x 84"

  • What is the difference between a regular and a low-profile box spring?

    A regular-profile box spring is approximately 9” high. A low-profile box spring is approximately 4-5” high. Both offer the same support. The only difference is the height they contribute to your sleep set. Reach out to our team to work with a dependable team from a local mattress store today!

  • Do I have to flip my mattress?

    Most modern mattresses should not be flipped. While older mattress models require periodic flipping, newer mattress models are designed in a way that rotating the mattress head to foot every six months will allow for even wear and minimize body impressions.   • Do your mattresses have a warranty?

  • What items are excluded from the manufacturer's warranty?

  • What will void a manufacturer's warranty?
